We add conversational artifical inteligence (A.I.) that can integrate into you Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and most importantly we help design these conversations so you make the most out of your messaging from a customer service and retailing perspective. Part of the design process includes identifying opportunities to systems integration and building these intergrations so your coversations and work seemlessly with your e-commerce, fullfilment and inventory systems.
Aidan over 25 years of direct, hands-on technical skills including eCommerce integrations for B2C, B2B and marketplace solutions. Design, marketing and launch of products in eCommerce and IT consulting areas. He has built, marketed and sold his own products to SME and enterprise clients, launching 6 training products and books. He has worked in product management and product marketing management roles in eCommerce. He co-wrote eConsultancy’s best practice guide for eCommerce covering eCommerce frameworks and marketplaces. The guide also includes the 9 P’s of eCommerce; Platform, Project, Partner, Payments, Performance, Profile, Products, Propositions, People. The guide also covers 4 C’s; Customer Journey, Channels, Customer Acquisition and Conversion Rate Optimisation.
He has keen insight into emerging technologies including AWS, AI, and Computer Vision, and attends various user group and eCommerce association events. He creates a unique customer experience using tools to capture customer intentionality and experience, which I have combined with customer mindset scorecards to facilitate insight into current and future mindsets and prompt insights for growth.
He has a book published by Oracle, is a keen follower of eCommerce market trends, and I’m a lifelong student of self-development.
Ben is a co-founder of CC and in charge of sales and solutioning. He is a Product Manager & technical architect who focuses on innovation and has a background solutioning for both Enterprise and SME. He was a Product Manager on an AI assisted automated agent available via Facebook messenger, WhatsApp and other social channels and a technical architect for Premium Rate SMS system. Ben also managed a a multi-tenanted, RESTful API system on AWS for centralising connections to hotels, cars, and flight selling systems providing supplier neutral outputs while decreasing the time and cost of on-boarding new suppliers.
He worked for bmi during their cutover to a new passenger service system (Amadeus) which included a complete digital transformation with the introduction of retargeted advertising, on-line check capabilities, a new SEO landing page system and a digital advertising campaign through google adwords along with the introduction of a data-driven strategy to enhance customer experience.
He has a background in innovation: he pioneered ‘red button’ interactive TV including Who Wants To Be A Millionaire on ITV/Sky digital tv & Wimbledon on the BBC, created one of the UK’s first WordPress style content management systems, built an early prototype of a micro-service based e-commerce portal, pioneered premium mobile messaging services, and built a prototype on-line Check-In system using Amazon’s Alexa.
He created email address and mobile telephone capture system for online check-in system that would vary check-in times based on RBD codes. Created basic IROP/Disruption handling system. Worked closely with digital marketing team to build re-targeted advertising and reporting system for airline. Worked closely with Revenue Management to create scheduling reporting and display system for load factor and network performance. Worked closely with airline operations to create FLIFO (flight information system) for online display.
David Cadenhead is an experienced Chief Information Officer, delivering business and digital transformations. He has a background in software development, airline technology, and systems consultancy industries. He has technology sector experience and valuable executive management skills essential to driving business change. He was CIO of the year 2017, awarded by Tech Excellence Ireland. His primary focus is directing and implementing an Information Technology strategy that not only supports core organisational strategy but creates innovation and new opportunities for the business.
Dave creates programs that handle real users text based problems. He led has the creation of ‘chatbot’ question answers systems for Mercedes, TravelSky, Credit Mutuel, la Caixa, Orange Bank France, Royal Bank of Scotland, Royal Bank of Canada, Deutsche Bank, the Dubai Government, Arthritis UK and Barclays. These were in English, Chinese, Spanish and French. He has worked in innovation and various companies for most of career which has included designing and building heuristics for virus detection softwares. Dave has a degree in Computer Science with a focus cognitive engineering from University College Dublin and has various patents against his name.
Roberta is a co-founder of CC and was the Creative Director for many years. She is part of the Digital Culture Network the Arts Council England where is a ‘website tech champinion’ for the Digital Culture Network who help artists with digital transformation. She has unique specialisms in Graphic Design, Search Engine Optimisation, Social Media Engagement, and Digital Marketing.
CC (clickcreations) was started in 2004 and encorporated as ruralwebsites ltd in 2006. Over the last 15 years or so we built our own content management system, then created an easy-to-deploy WordPress hosting and email package for SMEs. We have worked building premium rate text messaging systems, created a closed-group social media site for adults with learning disabilities, built marketing campaigns for fast moving consumer goods and the construction industry, built websites for schools and doctor suregeries, and even designed a route map for bmi airline and have done plenty else! We have worked with large multinational companies, SMEs, proffesional practices, charities and public sector organisations doing websites, SEO, digital marketing and digital strategy. Now we have shifted our focus to messaging and coversational A.I. which is the latest channel for customer servicing and ecommerce and which has the most growth opportunities at the moment.
